SAP Competence Center
Managing a partnership is the key to maintaining every business continuity and growth. Our role is to understand, communicate and enable further technology growth of our business. It is also there to make day to day work easier in the modern workplace of our colleagues.

We provide SAP competence team and business partners who manage our core business needs and support value creation in the company.
Culture & People IT team
Global HR systems are such as Success Factors and SAP HCM are managed by the HR IT team. For all scopes in our organization, which includes more than 50 countries, we are supporting implementation of a cloud-based solution to manage various HR operations such as business alignments, people performance, learning activities, recruitment, and development.
Data hub team
Our task is to enable gathering of data from different data sources (SAP, CRM, IQUVIA, IoT …) into one central data base. Data is not only in our ERP and other inside sources, it is also outside and sourcing it is what we do.

We are part of Global BI &A Team, together with BW team. For all business reporting needs, creating models, collecting data, we unite it into Data Intelligence.
IT QM & Serialization team
IT QM & Serialization team is providing IT support to the whole STADA group in designated areas.

We are collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements, designing the concept of IT solutions, implement and validate them in GMP conform environments.

Producing medicines and other health care products requires highest set of pharmaceutical standards, with precision that technology and software can provide. We take care of the software.

Our team strives to be a trusted and dependable partner for our business stakeholders, taking ownership of IT systems and providing exceptional second-level support. We are committed to building strong relationships with our Business, delivering quality solutions, and contributing to the success of our organization.

We are the IT system owners, and, in our portfolio, we are covering the LiveScience needs of Global Artwork Management, Regulatory, Portfolio and partially Financial departments.
Central Master Data team
With more than 40 companies using SAP master data in STADA group, we are supporting and taking care of data about materials, customers and vendors.

Data is important for all other applications, reporting platforms, even point of sales applications in pharmacies and wholesalers. We manage the rules, processes and workflows which make the data quality precise, transparent and usable for everyone in our company.

IT Service Management
Highly regulated environment requires highly structured IT support models with clear processes in place.

Our IT Service Management department uses ITIL framework to bring continuous improvements to services used by our colleagues.

Our focus is on improving efficiency while delivering quality services to business. By globally integrating service management with ONE IT as a platform, we provide high service level and proper landscape transformation.
IT M&A team
STADA Group is growing with organic and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) growth. M&A is important for us, so we have internal team responsible for those activities. To avoid situation the M&A deal is not justifying business expectation you need to involve IT M&A team from the beginning.

IT M&A team is working closely with all functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, TechOps, Marketing, HR…).

There are two major M&A activities:
1. Due Diligence
2. Integration
Project Management Office
The Project Management Office (PMO) serves as a central office, within GIS, for the control and support of Program/Project Management.

PMO underpins the project delivery mechanisms by ensuring that all business change in an organization is managed in a controlled way. Furthermore, it takes responsibility for the quality and value of each project under its care.

In other words, we are the keepers of best practices, project status and direction.
