Coaching & Mentoring
At STADA GIS, we believe in the power of coaching and mentoring as strong tools for the development of our employees.
With over 30 certified internal coaches from various parts of the organization, our coaching culture is highly developed. Coaches are here to support, empower, and help employees unlock their developmental potential.
Mentoring plays an important role in our development approach, where the mentor and mentee work together to discover and develop the mentee's abilities and talents, building a partnership based on respect and trust.
Development Programs
Hemofarm continuously supports leadership development through various programs tailored to all levels of experience. This includes the First Time Leader program for colleagues with less than a year of leadership experience, the Experienced Leadership program for experienced leaders, as well as the Senior Leadership program for senior leaders with more than eight years of experience. All these programs are designed to support the development of leadership skills among our employees.
In addition to local programs, there are also global development programs that offer participants the opportunity to connect with colleagues from all STADA affiliates.
GoFluent- Language Learning Platform
GoFluent is a global platform that provides employees with the opportunity to improve their language skills. Whether they want to enhance a language they already know or start learning an entirely new one, the platform offers various options and courses in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and other languages.
Training
Our commitment to development is reflected through numerous internal and external training programs. By organizing expert and soft-skills training sessions, we strive to support the professional growth and development of our employees.
