Coaching has been recognised as a valuable tool which very much contributes to development, and we in STADA GIS Serbia team foster the coaching culture both at the individual and at the team level.

Our colleagues from HR IT team in Belgrade, Vršac, Šabac, and Russia gathered together at a team coaching they organised out of their offices in order to get to know each other better and bond through different activities. Judging by their smiles, one can tell that they enjoyed the live gathering, without headphones and computer cameras. 😊
