For me, pub quizzes represent a stage where knowledge which is the result of my interests is a performer, reveals Milan Stojkovic, SAP Consultant at STADA GIS Serbia. In addition, pub quizzes are a place where I meet friends, exchange positive energy, ideas and develop team spirit. My favorite part of participating in quizzes is the moment when we come to an answer that we would not even assume we knew, by giving hints and associating each other. Togetherness and teamwork that I love in quizzes are something I consider extremely important for successful solving the challenges we face every day at work, through cooperation with other team members and consultants from different fields.

By organizing the pub quizzes I have learned to appreciate the value of communication with participants, so that every next event would be more interesting and better adjusted to expectations and knowledge of contestants. Relying on feedback and good communication with contestants have proven, in many situations, to be the right recipe for good prioritization and solving of tasks during everyday challenges of working as a consultant.
