‘Regarding the activities that are not related to work, in my free time I watch quizzes, I like board games, but I try to stay outdoors as much as possible. I spend a lot of time at the weekend house, arranging the yard and doing small crafts. I like to organize get-togethers with colleagues outside of work, so we often get together playing darts and having a barbecue’, said Mladen Rudnjanin, Expert Consultant in the SAP Technical Team.

‘I try to keep my team together both at work and outside it. We spend a lot of time together, so I like our time that we spend socializing outside working hours to be filled with additionally relaxing activities. Having a good team, which understands each other and 'breathes as one', is a great relief for achieving all the goals at work and overcoming all the challenges that work brings, and I am very proud of the people who make me start every working day with a smile on my face’, added Mladen.
